Lake Mary and Lake George were simply stunning, making the climb to Crystal Lake a multi-stop hike whereby words like “strenuous” were replaced by words like “soulifying.”

At Crystal Lake, I walked around a little bit and then found a spot on a boulder to laze in the sun.
Thank goodness, at the least, I hope, the lakes will be there for future generations to sit by and be filled with similar feelings: respect, content, peace, gratitude.
