Never Ending Line of Black Cormorants

I pulled into the first parking area down by the tide pools at Cabrillo National Monument.  Black cormorants were already in flight, heading down Mexico way.  I got my things out of the car, stopped to use the restroom, and coming out I saw that black cormorants were still in flight.

More than a minute of time had passed and hundreds of the birds flew by, non-stop, dipping low to the water.  It continued for probably another minute.

Brown pelicans made their appearance too:

Nature never stops putting on a show.  Take a moment to enjoy it.
