Winter rains kept us from riding local trails around town, as well as those in the mountains. To the desert we went to celebrate a birthday. Up Pinyon Mountain Road and through the slot and down and around and up and over and down and up and over and back down …
We didn’t eat any cake, but we did have the icing–30 miles of pedaling through the Anza-Borrego Desert.
