Well, as the pandemic continues, and the social distancing keeps a lot of trails closed, I keep telling myself, “we’ll be back in the saddle, again.” Not to say that long road rides aren’t about being in the saddle. It’s simply not the same. Fortunately, I experienced life in Indiana in the winter, which meant a lot of time was spent riding roads in all kinds of weather, meaning, I’ve been there before and know that this too shall pass.
I learned how to pedal on Indiana’s roads. I’m re-learning.
