It’s been raining a lot lately here, and I love it.
Books. Beers. Wool sweaters.
The change of weather pace gets the mind moving, and is sort of like a perfect antidote to sunshine and blue skies kind of thinking, the kind that says all’s well in the world, which is like looking through a head in the clouds lens.
We all know that those of us who think that way are doing so to numb life’s reality: inequality, injustice, unfairness.
“It’s all good,” is what they say.
“What planet are you living on,” is what the rest of us need to say.
