US Forest Service Manzanita Campground north of Sedona town along Oak Creek has rules that I like, a lot: absolute enforcement of quiet hours at 10 PM, no radios/stereos/amplified sound permitted, and generators are not allowed. It’s a tent camping only place, with a few reservations available online. Otherwise, it’s first come, first serve. There are no showers, but there are clean pit toilets.
The creek is gushing right now!
