Resting in Peace

We were tired, day six of riding in seven days, with another one to wake up to in the morning.  So tired, we were, that later in the evening with beers in our hands and exhaustion in our fuel tanks, we looked at each other and not one of us could muster the motivation to walk two-hundred feet to the brewery for some live music and fresh world-class draught.

Lights were out by 9:30.

Eight hours later, we were stirring again, determined to get in another 2-3 hours of trail time before having to pack up and head home.
