Mexico’s National Autonomous University (UNAM), its central campus being a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is considered one of the top universities in Latin America, if not the world. The Central Library’s outside walls are covered in murals depicting Mexico’s history from Pre-Hispanic time to modern day. They are worth a subway ride to see.
