We happend upon Super Pancho Man last Sunday while walking around Asuncion. He sells panchos–hot dogs–for a living. So do his brothers. He offered his bike to me to take for a spin. Other than a road ride and 2 laps around a local park with an mtb trail, it was the only time I turned pedals in more than a month. I think I smiled more this time around, though.
