From Addis to Abuja

From the second most populous

nation of Africa: Ethiopia

To the most populous

nation of Africa:  Nigeria

 

That’s my flight in the morning

 

The comparisons can stop there though

Ethiopia and Nigeria are worlds apart

making “Africa” seem like an ignorant

attempt at defining a continent filled

with peoples that are far, far different

than what many of us might like or 

even want to consider or believe

 

Travel makes ignorance go away

it has no place in the eyes that have

seen what the mind cannot put into

a neat, tidy, little box in a corner
