The Phillips 66 downtown at the corner of Ferry and 9th Streets has been out-of-service since I moved here in early June of 2007. The lowest-grade unleaded price on the sign is $1.62.
Many times since over the past year or so, comments about never seeing that price again in our lifetimes have been made.
We’re back around that price again for a gallon of unleaded 87 fuel. Funny how that works.
