Hollenbeck Canyon, Jamul, San Diego County, CA, Ireland (?!)

I finally made it to Hollenbeck Canyon to ride.  Despite the bike-break (see below) and trail side attempt at fixing it, it was a great morning wandering around the El Nino-rain-fed green hills of southern San Diego County, down by the Tecate-border-crossing-way.

He made it out, riding with a foot on a pedal and doing a sorta side saddle/lean.  I look forward to going back soon — gotta ride again down through the canyon on that somewhat precipitous sliver of single track with the wildflowers!
