MTB Writing Update

It’s been a little since I’ve commented on the MTB writing front.  I recently picked up 2019 writing assignments from Mountain Flyer, Freehub, and Cranked, adding to the In Search of Dirt column that I write for Bicyclist Magazine and Earn Your Beer column that I write for Adventure Sports Journal.  I have a few other pitches out with editors, so we’ll see.

A few ideas are rolling around my head for larger pieces that involve international travel, but I need to figure out the time of it all.  Nevertheless, it’s fun to plan such trips, even if it takes a few years for them to happen.

All in all, I get a creative outlet via writing about mountain biking that still feels good when I do it.

Therefore, I’ll continue doing it for a while.
