Temps were in the high 80s up on the mountain. Pedaling around the pines and meadows, I was reminded of summer days as a kid, riding my bike all summer long–to the town swimming pool every day, meeting up with friends and going on long rides in the countryside, to baseball practice and games, on the trails in the woodlot at the end of the road.
Yesterday was a soulifying ride, past and present blending together in natural beauty.
