I woke early yesterday and got on up the road to beat the crowd. I’m glad I did, as it was snowshoe perfection on Laguna mountain.
The trees were drinking.
An xc-skier got out the day before, breaking fresh snow.
Not quite a Rothko, the white snow and bluebird sky broken up by ridges of trees was a piece of art, created by Mother Nature.
