The point of going was to simply get away and have a little one-on-one time with myself.
Wake up and cook, eat, drink when I want. Go to the trail head when I want, ride my bike as long as I want, not be on any schedule, not balancing other schedules. Yep, pure selfishness/all about me, and it felt great, for a while.
Add in the red rock country and big sky, and of course, it didn’t take long to come back to the realization that it isn’t all about any single one of us. It’s about us, you and me.
We’re floating together.
