It’s gonna take a guardian angel, or a savior one, to replenish the aquifer. The whole wine thing is not sustainable, as it is being carried out now. Of all of the numerous articles out there, only a handful that doesn’t need all five fingers to count, as far as I’ve found in my interwebs research, mention the already dire water situation in the Guadalupe Valley. More awareness and planning is much needed.
